Cohen & Steers Alternative Income Fund, Inc.

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests primarily in U.S. and non-U.S. investments providing exposure to the following asset classes: (i) preferred and debt securities; (ii) real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts (“REITs”); and (iii) infrastructure companies. It may invest without limit in companies located outside of the U.S. or doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S. and in securities of non-U.S. companies, which may be non-U.S. dollar denominated.
